Ashley Heffernan serves as the Hospital Operations Manager at Peak Veterinary Referral Center. She joined the leadership team in August 2023 and plays a key role in overseeing daily hospital operations, ensuring seamless coordination between medical and administrative teams. Ashley is passionate about leadership development, organizational growth, and fostering a supportive environment where staff feel empowered to provide the highest standard of veterinary care.

She is also a strong advocate for female leadership and equal pay, and has shared her expertise on the power of debriefing at conferences in Virginia Beach—helping leaders and teams overcome challenges, foster growth, and strengthen their skill sets.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and their three boys, with the youngest still living at home, along with their three dogs. As a family, they enjoy board games, camping, fishing, hiking, gardening, and movie nights together.
