Dr. Rebecca Malakoff is a board-certified veterinary cardiologist and founder of Green Mountain Veterinary Cardiology. A Massachusetts native, she completed her undergraduate degree at Smith College and earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at North Carolina State University. Dr. Malakoff completed both a rotating small animal internship and cardiology residency at Angell Animal Medical Center in Boston, followed by over 15 years as a staff cardiologist for the MSPCA at both the Angell-AMC Boston and Waltham locations.

After working as a mobile cardiologist in the Boston area for two years, her family relocated to southern Vermont. She is excited to bring her cardiology expertise to this area of New England!
